Monthly Board of Directors Meetings
Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 3:00 pm at the Scripps Ranch Community Center, 11885 Cypress Canyon Rd, right off Scripps Poway Parkway. Agendas of the board meetings are posted on the website in the Documents Section and on the bulletin board in the common area prior to the meetings. Minutes are posted to the Documents page on the website.
HOA ARC Meetings
ARC meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Starbucks; 9932 Mercy Road San Diego, CA 92129 to review and process architectural requests. Homeowners are welcome to attend ARC meetings to discuss their application(s).

Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am at the Scripps Ranch Community Center, 11885 Cypress Canyon Rd, right off Scripps Poway Parkway. The first 15 minutes of each meeting is set aside for residents who would like to bring any issues to the Board’s attention. The upcoming meeting dates are listed below. The schedule may change as needed, so please check back if you plan on bringing something before the Board. Agendas of the board meetings are posted on the website and on the bulletin board in the common area prior to the meetings.
